Drew Wallace grew up with aspirations of being a soldier and a cowboy. He loved the outdoors and animals, and learned to ride horses at a young age.In 2002, following 9/11, Drew enlisted in the U.S. Army. He was assigned to the 1st Ranger Battalion, 75th Ranger Regiment, and completed 2x rotations in support of OIF and 2x rotations in support of OEF. Drew competed in the Best Ranger Competition twice, finishing in 8th place in 2006 and 5th place in 2007.
Post-military, Drew returned to his passion for horses. Drew now competes as a professional Cowboy Mounted Shooter, a sport that combines speed and accuracy. The competition takes Drew all over the country, and he has earned state, national, and world titles. Working with horses and the thrill of competition have given Drew passion, focus, and purpose, in addition to his family.
